More training days

This week if you are interested in personal training contact me by phone or email. I am willing to train anybody that is available July 2nd Wednesday morning from 10-11am up at my place or Thursday from 10-11am or from 5-6pm in the cooler times of the day. If you would like another time just email me. Have a great week especially enjoy the 4th of July!

Summer Training!

Hi everyone I wanted to let each of you know when I would be free to train some girls who may be interested in personally training for next week. Just click the comment buttom below the post, type the word, then click annonymous or type in your email address and password. If you can't seem to figure it out just conitnue to email me and let me know what time you would like to train. Thanks!

June 23rd Monday
Location at my place on the soccer field (off of sunnyside and foothill on the right before sunnyside park)
anytime from 2-3pm, 3-4pm,4-5pm, or 5-6pm

June 25th Wednesday:
Location at my place on the soccer field (off of sunnyside and foothill on the right before sunnyside park)
anytime from 12-1pm,1-2pm,2-3pm,3-4pm,4-5pm,5-6pm

June 27th Friday:
Location at my place on the soccer field (off of sunnyside and foothill on the right before sunnyside park)
anytime from 12-4pm

June 16-18th Training

I am free to train your daughters on the following days and times this week, choose which day works for you and then reply back and let me know the day and time you would like to train and what type of training session you would like, speed, fitness, footskills,shooting,joggling,etc.

June 16th Monday: from 12-1pm, 1-2pm, 2-3pm, 3-4pm
Location: Sunnyside Park up by the U of U campus off of Foothill drive and Sunnyside

June 18th Wednesday: from 11-12pm, 12-1pm, 1-2pm, 2-3pm
Location: Sunnyside Park up by the U of U campus off of Foothill drive and Sunnyside

I will get back to you regarding the next weeks opening dates and times later on. Look forward to training anyone and everyone that is interested in extra training over the summer!
